3. TERMS & CONDITIONS
By using this website or booking services, you agree to the following terms:
Services Disclaimer
Twin Pillars Diagnostics LLC is a specimen collection and diagnostic services provider.
We:
• Perform specimen collection
• Perform CLIA-waived rapid drug screening
• Facilitate laboratory testing
We do NOT:
• Diagnose medical conditions
• Act as a Medical Review Officer (MRO)
• Provide medical treatment
All confirmatory and non-waived testing is performed by certified reference laboratories.

DNA Testing Disclaimer
• Legal DNA testing requires identity verification and documented chain-of-custody.
• Peace-of-mind DNA testing is NOT court-admissible.

Drug & Alcohol Testing Disclaimer
• DOT collections are performed in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40.
• Confirmatory testing is conducted by certified laboratories.
• We do not determine final verified results (MRO responsibility).

Background Checks & Fingerprinting
• Background screening is processed through authorized third-party providers.
• Results are determined by the requesting agency.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, Twin Pillars Diagnostics LLC shall not be liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services.

4. APPOINTMENT & REFUND POLICY
Appointment Policy
Appointments may require prepayment.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least [Insert Hours] before scheduled appointment.
No-Shows
No-shows may result in forfeiture of fees.
Mobile Services
Mobile travel fees may be non-refundable once technician dispatch occurs.
Refunds are issued at management discretion unless otherwise required by law.

• Misuse booking system
• Submit false information
• Attempt to access restricted areas

Payment Policy

 

Twin Pillars Diagnostics LLC accepts all major credit and debit cards, cash, and secure electronic payment methods, including Afterpay and Klarna.

 

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been approved. Services are non-refundable once performed. Additional fees may apply for mobile services, after-hours appointments, or re-collections.

Emergency Service Fee


Additional fees apply for same-day, after-hours, and emergency services. Pricing ranges from $50–$150 depending on urgency and timing.
