Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call 24 hours in advance. $50 Cancellation fee applies within 24 hours of appointment. No-show fee of $100 will be accessed in addition.

Twin Pillars Diagnostics accepts major credit and debit cards, cash, and secure electronic payments, including Afterpay and Klarna. Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Additional fees apply for urgent requests, mobile services, and appointments outside of normal business hours. Same-Day Priority Service: +$50 After-Hours Service: +$75–$100 Emergency / Immediate Response: +$100–$150 Emergency services are subject to availability.
