Cancellation Policy

Payment Information
Twin Pillars Diagnostics accepts major credit and debit cards, cash, and secure electronic payments, including Afterpay and Klarna. Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payment Policy
Twin Pillars Diagnostics offers same-day, after-hours, and emergency services based on availability. Additional fees apply for urgent requests, mobile services, and appointments outside of normal business hours. Same-Day Priority Service: +$50 After-Hours Service: +$75–$100 Emergency / Immediate Response: +$100–$150 Emergency services are subject to availability.
